A known issue with the Steplock App for iOS is that, even after successful activation, the app may unexpectedly lose its activation status, prompting you to re-enter an activation code.
Description of Known Issue
Some iPhone users may encounter an issue when activating the Steplock Mobile App for the first time.
- After a successful activation, if you close the app, it may unexpectedly revert to the 'Welcome' screen, requesting you to activate the app again.
This is a recognized problem, and we are actively working on a solution. Meanwhile, there is a simple workaround that can permanently resolve this issue:
- You do not need to reactivate the app, so there is no need to contact your administrator in this situation.
- Simply tap on the cogwheel icon located in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and select "Log out".
- Then, log back into the app.
This procedure will prevent the issue from recurring.
