Description
In some networks, outbound and inbound traffic configuration may need to be performed. Follow the configuration below.
We strongly recommend that the configuration be made using the FQDN of the domain name instead of IP.
Below settings is only for Norwegian customers.
SIP Communication
This configuration applies to the following devices.
• ST2020 Intercom
• ST2021 Intercom
• ST2022 Answer unit.
Port 5060-5062 UDP <-> sip2.axessa.cloud (51.120.89.130) for Norwegian traffic.
- In networks where everything is default locked, also ports for audio and video Need to be allowed.
RTP Video and audio
This configuration applies to the following devices.
• ST2020 Intercom
• ST2021 Intercom
•ST2022 Answer unit.Port 10000-40000 UDP <-> sip2.axessa.cloud (51.120.89.130) for Norwegian traffic.

Push Notification
This communication below only needs to be allowed if you network doesn’t allow push notifications. Push notification (only needed for mobile phones). Our mobile apps using push notifications to notify mobile phone of an incoming call and start app, on received notification app start and make a sip registration to our server sip server:
- Google GCM Notification (Android) Ports 5228-5230.
- Apple APNS Notification (iPhone) Ports 443 and 5223.
Data Communication
This section informs about the data communication between devices and steplock cloud.
As the devices use encrypted HTTPS based SSL communication, normally no configuration is needed for this to work, only in networks where all forms of communication are blocked, configuration may need to be done.
