This article focuses on the activation process for the Steplock Access mobile application on iOS and Android device.
Activate Steplock Access mobile app
- Download the StepLock app from the App Store og Google Play
- Create your unique user account. Please note that your login credentials are exclusive to each device and cannot be shared across multiple devices. Remember your credentials.
- Click 'Allow' to grant the app the necessary permissions. (We do not collect, nor do we access video, audio, or image files on your device.)
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, or press the '+' sign at the bottom of the page.
- Click 'Activate' at the top of the menu.
- Enter the activation code you received via email. Then, click 'Activate'. If you haven’t received an activation code, please contact your landlord or the responsible person within your housing association.

Note:
- The availability of doors listed in your app under the 'Doors' section depends on whether your landlord or building administrator has activated the eKey for your account. If you do not see any available doors, then you do not have access to eKey. Your intercom remains correctly activated, and you will still have the ability to open the door remotely when you receive a call.
